At House of Noérel, your comfort comes first. That’s why we offer a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial on our sleep masks — so you can truly experience the difference.

100-Night Risk-Free Trial (Sleep Masks)

We invite you to try your House of Noérel weighted sleep mask for up to 100 nights from the date of delivery.

If, within this period, you feel the mask isn’t right for you, you may request a return for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:

The request must be made within 100 nights of delivery (for sleep masks)
The product must be returned in reasonable condition
One risk-free trial applies per household

Please note: We may request photos of the product before approving a return.

Other Products (Accessories & Silk Items)

For accessories such as pillowcases, bonnets, scrunchies, and other silk products:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, used silk accessories cannot be returned

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
